Gerhard Kerschbaumer on Bianchi Methanol 29SL was runner up at MTB Alpago Trophy, Internazionali d'Italia round-3, in Lamosano di Chies d'Alpago (North-East Italy) on Sunday, May 6th. Preceded only by élite Marco Aurelio Fontana, TX Active-Bianchi's rider was the best U23 on the finish line and took the leadership of his series in the general classification.

On a course made really demanding by the heavy rain, élite Tony Longo on Bianchi Methanol SL2 placed sixth, performing well above all in the early race. Colombian Leonardo Paez was 12th after a good recovery.

After the success at Italian Team Relay Championships, cadet Giorgio Rossi and rookie Katia Moro on Bianchi Methanol SX won the respective series on Sunday, May 6th. Both cadets Chiara Teocchi and Oscar Vairetti clinched the third position.
