Team TX Active-Bianchi under Massimo Ghirotto’s guidance get started to make its seasonal debut at "Gp d'Inverno MTB 2012", scheduled in Orvieto (Central Italy) on Sunday, March 4th. Felice Gimondi's team, equipped with Bianchi Methanol SL2 and Methanol 29SL bike models, will line-up six riders.

The Elite-Under 23 squad will take part at the race with four bikers: élite Leonardo Paez, Tony Longo and Stephane Tempier (already winner of two races in Portugal, in February) alongside  Under 23 Gerhard Kerschbaumer, European and Italian Champion and 2011 World Cup XCO winner. Juniors Federico Barri and Cristian Boffelli will race in Orvieto as well.

Four TX Active-Bianchi youngsters will enter the "1° Trofeo Città di Tregnago" (North-East Italy): cadets Giorgio Rossi, Oscar Vairetti and Chiara Teocchi (CX Italian champion last January) and rookie Katia Moro. Junior Team is equipped with Bianchi Methanol SX bikes.

Team TX Active-Bianchi 2012  held its official presentation at Italcementi's i.lab in Bergamo, on Thursday, March 1st.
